Assisted by their team, they supervise all daily activities: the meticulous choice of fresh ingredients for the dishes of the day, setting up the dining room, organizing reservations.
Originally belonging to Virginia, the cook of this typical Roman trattoria, after passing into the hands of Bernardo and Daniel in Christmas 2015, Ristorante Virginiae has slowly transformed into an elegant restaurant with a traditional menu projected into the 21st century.
